The pipe work required entering a crawl space in well below freezing temperatures.  The work was performed within hours of a call at my 91 year old mothers house.  The work was done professionally with respect at all times.  His two man crew repaired a number of items, over two days, as they were discovered.  I would have no hesitation with recommending his services.  I found him through Angies List and it worked well.

This was an emergency call, and of the 3 plumbers I called, they were the first to be able to come out.
They did the work thoroughly and quickly.
They noticed that my emergency turnoff valve was missing a handle, and attached one for no extra charge.
When they attached a handle, they noticed that the valve had a slow leak.
They helped me look for a main shutoff valve so they could replace the emergency turnoff valve (I live in a apartment building converted to condos, so there wasn't one for just the condo). This included exploring a crawl space (ick!).
The main plumber, Justin, was very personable and professional.
They were a godsend!

Lou got back to me with an estimate right away and when some unforeseen snags came up he stuck to his initial price. The path of the line had to go around my 5 year old son's garden and the backhoe Lou was initially planning to use was too big and the garden would have been destroyed. Lou went out of his way to find a smaller backhoe that was able to dig around the garden and do no damage. After finishing the install there was a problem with some of the tubing they used and Lou sent his guys back first thing the next morning to fix the issue. Overall they did great work and his crew were awesome to have around while they did the work.

Routine installation which took about 2 hours.

We had a leak in our upstairs bathroom that leaked down into my son's bedroom. The first plumber we contacted said it would cost $1700 to fix. When we got an appraisal from our insurance company we asked if they could recommend any plumbers. They suggested Perti. We called them and after they stopped by to check things out, they quoted us a price way lower than the other plumber.

I have used them several times. They are very good at estimating the correct cost. They are on time and honest. I would recommend using them.

I called Perti Plumbing first thing on Monday morning. I explained the situation. I was asked if it was an emergency and told them, no, but it needs to be fixed today, I guess it would be classified as an emergency. The sink can't be used. I was told if they could rearrange the schedule someone would be out that morning and if not, they would be out in the afternoon. Two employees came around 3:30pm - my husband showed them to the sink and left them to do their job. They snaked the drains and cleared the clog. They were here for 45 minutes. All in all the experience was pretty painless.

Perti was good about returning our calls promptly and gave us a very reasonable estimate compared to others. The work was completed quickly and with a minimum of disruption. They were able to restore water to one bath/shower and the kitchen sink within a day although the entire job took a few days total. The employees of the company were friendly and respectful. While I would describe the quality of the work as "good" there was one minor leak after the job was complete that required a quick fix. In addition, the painter we later hired to paint over the replaced drywall described the workmanship on the drywall patches as being merely adequate. My impression is that all the work was done to emphasize speed and price. I don't think this was a bad trade off though and I would work with them again.

THEY WERE THERE ON TIME, VERY FRIENDLY, AND THEIR PRICE WAS NOT HIGH IN COMPARISON TO OTHER PLUMBER THAT HAD GIVEN A PRICE FOR THE SAME WORK. FOR THE SAME WORK, A PLUMBER GAVE US A COST OF $650. THE $650 PLUMBER WAS SENT ON HIS WAY.
