KNIGHT BROS TREE EXPERTS

This company came to remove a tree from my neighbors property they removed three of my trees, partially removed. They left all of the debris behind my property some of which on my property and they are refusing to remove or rectify anything. I have made numerous phone calls to this company trying to get them to rectify the situation which they have refused to do. I am currently waiting for the Aston courthouse to reopen to file a civil suit against this company. I’ve included pictures so you can see what they have done

It went amazingly well. Marty and Knight Bros. were punctual, professional and fast and more than competitive on pricing. This was a huge job that involved three row home houses. Tammy at the office was incredibly responsive. Marty, Ray and the rest of the crew took care of us and our home, and having dealt with other tree companies in my work, I can unreservedly recommend them as the best in the business.

It went well. Guys arrived on time, were very polite, respectful of not only my property but my neighbor's as well. (Trees were on the property line) The only reason that I gave a mark of good for responsiveness is simply due to the fact that they have to come back to finish part of stumps that were missed (these were very large trees) and because of all the rain in this area they have been delayed...they have kept in touch though, and we are scheduled for this week. I would/will definitely hire them again! ?

I use them only if I have to have a tree removed. I have used them like 3 or 4 times. I am never here when the do the work. Usually the owner comes out and they give me an estimate and then they just call and tell me when there are going to come and do it. I come home and the trees gone and the stumps ground down. That's awesome. They are also the lowest price around, unless they are like the shady looking guys doing my next door neighbors property. There had to be a good amount of people because they were tall trees. It was the kind of tree that if it would have fell down, it would go from my house across the street. Everything seemed clean after the work was done. They got rid of all the branches. There was no branch debris left. I gave them an "A" because a little of everything, their price, and they do good work.

Knight Bros did an excellent job in every way! They were mindful of our property, prompt, courteous and hard working. Everything was cleaned-up well, the stumps were ground-up and all at a fraction of the cost of other estimates I received from local tree service companies.

Excellent from start to finish.

They are really good. Part of the work was covered by insurance and their portion was $1,800. The price was really good. The six trees were 85 feet tall. It was major and they did a tremendous job. It was like a Normandy invasion when they came down the street. They had their trucks and the men. They were very well organized. They rotated teams and brought in a new team at the end of the day. There were 3 or 4 tow away trucks because there was so much damage and broken limbs that came down. They cleaned not only what they cut but also everything else that was around. We are surrounded by pine trees. They were very efficient and friendly. Everything about them was very, very, good.

After a storm, we had a lot of tree damage. The people from Knight Bros. were very prompt, and took care of our problem within 2 days. They charged exactly what they said they would. They were very accomodating as far as not blocking our driveway when we had to go out. They were hard-working and polite. Who could ask for more?

They were fine and they did a good job. They cleaned up the mess. They came out promptly. They were polite and courteous. They may be a little pricier, but I would recommend them.

We called Knight Bros. on a neighbor's recommendation, primarily to remove the fallen tree. While here the company rep noted the shabby condition of the 35 hemlocks, and gave us a quote for grooming them as well. We thought the price of $1600 for the trim plus $275 for the removal was reasonable, and ordered the job. A crew of three arrived next day and spent about five hours doing the job. They trucked away all the debris and left the grounds immaculate.
