 + -1 moreTom was most helpful in trying to answer many of my questions. He quoted competitive rates and fees. A major dilemma, it seems, is the Appraisal of a property, based on new laws that are now outside the jurisdiction of a mortgage company. I've experienced in the past how flawed mortgage appraisals can be, especially when they have no clue of your neighborhood! In conclusion, Tom was most helpful and patient. I would highly recommend him and his company!
Description of Work: Tom Howell responded to my initial call within a short time and provided information about a potential Refi for my investment property.

 + -1 moreI was looking to refinance my mortgage, and they offered competitive rates with reasonable closing costs. My bank matched their numbers and so I decided to stay with it.
Description of Work: Unlike many of the companies that I contacted, this bank gave me the information I needed upfront, and were very clear about what I needed to do. Lisa, at the Media branch, gave me an appointment at short notice. I ended up not meeting with her or using the bank's services, but was impressed by their professional and straight-forward way of dealing with me.
