Thank you Rick and Dave the two techs that came out to check my water heater and heater after the flood. Both very professional, honest and got the work done right with no pushy sales pitches. Delfera will be getting all my business in the future. Thank you again for the peace of mind that comes from quality. See you soon when I have my new central Air system installed.

They've been wonderful. I have no complaints at all about them. Price wasn't bad. I can't complain about the quality either. Their very responsive.

Needed 4 visits to the house to finally fix the issue. No itemized or clear explanation of charges. 1st trip, the technician said they did not have the tools needed and would have to come back 2nd trip, a different technician came on a Saturday and attempted to troubleshoot the problem but was not able to figure out the issue (I was later told that he was new and not as experienced) 3rd trip, another technician came out and found the problem was with the circuitry for the blower unit and the part needed to be ordered, but the unit was fairly new (installed by Del Fera) and that it would probably still be under warranty. 4th trip, the tech was able to rush-order the part and came to install it 2 days later. It took him about 30 minutes and the AC was up and running. I later got a bill for nearly 600 dollars. When I called DelFera to question the amount, considering it was supposedly still under warranty, I was told by the admin. that she would have to check with Mr. DelFera. She contacted me shortly after and said that the price was right and was not able to confirm if the part or unit were part of a warranty. I questioned why, considering it only took the tech 30 minutes to fix once he had the part, and she just simply said "that's the price for the work". I decided I had wasted enough time with it and paid the bill. I will not be using DelFera in the future.

I was taken aback at the cost of the replacement part ($213), but the cost for the visit and work was exactly as advertised ($89). They were out and done within 90 minutes of my call. I realize that this is in part due to a waning season for AC repairs, but still - so fast! The phone and email contacts I had with the company were pleasant, and the gentleman who did the repair was super courteous and forthright.

This company is amazing. I called them at 2 pm and they were at my house within a couple of hours. My heater would not come on. I has another company come out and quote me a price that was outrageous. This company is fixed my problem and installed a digital thermostat for half the price of the initial company. I will be using Delfera for all of my heating needs. Thank you for your quick response and answering all of my questions.

This company, in general, is professional, punctual and  and orderly.  There was very minimal impact to our home life while the install was in progress. They kept their work areas clean at all times.  The ceiling vents well distributed throughout the house and it is evident that they were meticulous about their arrangement.  Having had several days of temperatures above 90 to test, I have yet to find an uncomfortable area in the controlled space.   The installers take pride in what they do and it shows in their craftsmanship.
The salesman is very punctual and to the point.  I appreciated that after having dealt with several others who had either not been on time, or had tried to overload me with technical information.  I was provided the pertinent literature and allowed to explore the system specs on my own.
The job ran one day over, but that hardly takes away from the over all experience.  I had two concerns which were quickly resolved. The end result meets, if not exceeds, my expectations.
Nice job for the price.  Recommended!
