Family run company is attentive to needs and concerns. Large variety of options and reasonably priced. Excellent quality! A new matching pantry was added and extra space for refrigerator was enabled. Meticulous workmanship during installation and professional finish trim. Pull out shelving makes access so much easier. Kitchen now looks new!

We could not be happier with the work performed by CPOS. Every step of the way from the initial consultation to the measurements to the work being performed was excellent. Great communication and answered every questions that we had. They even offered suggestions when we were unsure. They also went above and beyond and scheduled a follow up to review the work performed and make sure that we were happy. They even found something that we did not think was a big deal and they came out and corrected that. Would definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone who asked.

Spoke to this company at a home show and was excited to hear they could help with a blind corner cabinet that drives me nuts. I was told I would have to pick another cabinet to do since they wouldn't wouldn't come out for less than $1000. I set an appointment and it was cancelled and rescheduled a week later. Tom showed up an hour late (rainy day so I understood). I showed him what I needed done and he said what else? I said the only other thing would be under the sink. He then tells me that I requested to do 5 pull outs in my island which I never said because I don't need them there! (I have access to my island cabinets from two sides so why would I waste space with pull out shelves?) He said the corner cabinet didn't even count! Count for what? He abruptly picked up his things and walked out! No discussion, nothing, just walks out! I've never in my life been treated like this by a salesman. How unprofessional.

Within the past few years, many neighbors in my development (25-year old homes) had complete tear-out the old and bring in the new kitchen renovations, including a close friend whose kitchen layout is the same as mine. I learned a lot about what's involved with a complete tear-out kitchen remodel: the monetary investment and the headaches of losing the functional use of the kitchen for weeks. I also inquired about the cost of several neighbor's renovations, not including appliances, whom have the similar amount of cabinets/square footage to mine. Their high costs included minimal pullouts. They all kept the same footprint prior to the remodeling, so I couldn't understand why they didn't look into refacing. The layout of my kitchen and the interior structure of my cabinets were fine. I initially had contact with CPOS through Tony, a co-owner, who professionally answered a lot of my questions about cabinet refacing in a trade show setting. I became motivated to learn more. Tom, the other owner and business founder, came to my home. My husband and I were very impressed with him. He spent a generous amount of time answering all our questions and concerns. We were amazed at all that CPOS could do to enhance and improve our kitchen, which included many pullouts, for almost half the price of my friend's and many of my neighbor's kitchen renovations. I feel my new kitchen is every bit, if not more, beautiful. All the materials used are the highest quality. The cabinet panels are wood, I also selected dove tail drawers. The CPOS team was wonderful to work with. They gave me my DREAM kitchen!

Tom was the most impolite and discourteous person I have ever interacted with regarding have work done in my home. He was irritated at me because he was unprepared to discuss cabinet refacing - why not find out who wrote the appt down and be irritated at them - or at himself for possibly not reading the appt information correctly? I had to basically chase after him to find out why he didn't offer to reschedule and he said he was interested in the job and there were 23 other cabinet refacing companies in the area. After this interaction I will gladly hand my money over to any of the other companies. Maybe he was having a bad day, but without any explanation, I am left dumbfounded by the entire interaction. I set aside time for what I presumed would be a lengthy consultation, I was looking for professional advice, we try our best to use small local businesses, to be told we weren't worth his time and he was not interested in the job because he was unprepared to discuss refacing.

Had kitchen remodeling done. Due to poor design/measurement by our contractor, our corner cabinet was unable to support a rev-a-shelf pullout. This left us to look for alternatives, which we found with Custom Pull-Out Shelves and Refacing. Overall, the process went well, from Tom coming over to measure and giving us a quote to receiving a post-install follow-up call from Mark (?). This is a family run business that takes pride in their customized work.

Custom Pull Out Shelves added shelves to three of my lower cabinets and my pantry. They did a wonderful job! The shelves are beautiful, work perfectly and add so much additional space to my "less than spacious" kitchen! Installation was quick, maybe 3 hours. The Installers were careful with my floors (covered them with pads) and counters (never even put as much as a screwdriver on them) and made virtually no mess at all. I highly recommend this family-owned company for both quality and competitive pricing. I'm a totally satisfied customer.

I called Custom Pull Out Shelves to have them quote me on custom pull outs. My intention was to have our kitchen cabinets painted and add new pull outs. After meeting and talking with Tom I ruled out having the cabinets painted and started seriously looking into having them refaced. I searched Angie's list for three companies that refaced cabinets and setup interviews with all three. Tom from Custom Pull Outs was by far the most knowledgeable and professional. I felt no pressure to sign a contact or commit to anything at any time. The one thing that sold me was that all the work would be done by employees of CPOS not subcontractor.  It was a pleasure dealing with a company that takes the customers satisfaction very seriously.

We LOVE our slide-out shelves!  Tom, Tony, and their installer Scott were all awesome to deal with.  These guys came out to our house in mid-July for an on-site quote, and we had our stuff installed in less than 2 weeks.  The craftsmanship of their shelves is excellent, and their price was great compared to ShelfGenie, who had a much longer lead time for installation.
We asked them to retrofit our existing drawers with Blum full extension slides, which they were able to do pretty easily.
All in all, it was a great experience.  They're polite, on-time, easy to deal with, and they did exactly what we asked for.  Their price is very reasonable for what you get.
Every time I open a pull-out shelf in our kitchen, I'm impressed with the quality of it.

The free estimate was done not long after I called.  The guy who did the estimate was thorough in his description of the shelves and where he recommended putting the shelves.  He was polite and happy to answer our questions.  He wasn't high pressure when mentioning the taller shelves.
The shelves were installed last week, and they function beautifully!
I was originally going to buy Home Depot shelves.  I'm glad that I didn't because these are much better quality for close to the same amount of money.

We met Tony DeSignor from CPOS & Refacing at a Home & Garden Show and requested a quote for some work in our kitchen.   Tom DeSignor came to our home and spent a lot of time with us discussing exactly what we wanted, measuring for custom fit, and helping design the right shelving configuration for our needs.   Just a few weeks later, the custom-made shelves were ready for installation.  Scott was the installer and he was prompt, neat, and did a beautiful job installing everything.   We now have 9 custom height shelves in our pantry, replacing the previous cheap wire shelving, as well as two pull-out shelves and a tray divider for cookie sheets, cutting boards, etc. in two base cabinets.  We are thrilled with the results!   Everything went exactly as they promised, and the quality of the material and workmanship is outstanding.  Thanks to Tony, Tom and Scott - you guys did an outstanding job!

Three strikes ? Custom Pull Out Shelves
We met with one of the principals to discuss contracting with
them. The samples shown were of quality. Time was taken in order to understand
our requests. We made it clear, although several cabinets were measured, not
all would be included in the final order. During the presentation the principal
chose modest negative selling against his competitor, the first strike.  Subsequent to our meeting, modifications were
requested.  The total number of shelves was reduced, as previously discussed, and a design change requested. When the adjusted
quote was provided, for the previously quoted shelves, there was a modest increase
in price. The second strike. There was a differential in pricing based on the size of shelves in the original quote where one shelf had a higher cost, logical based on materials required; however the modification called for different type shelves  same design, one of the shelves, which was half the size requiring half the material, cost was the same?! The third strike.
Although I believe the quality and workmanship may have been good, trust is an important component when engaging a contractor. We chose to work with another.

I am very happy with the quality of the pullout shelves in my kitchen.  This is a family owned business and I dealt with a father and son team, who were both very professional and polite.  They were punctual and did the job on time.  I love the quality of the shelves, which were custom fitted for my cabinets and also fitted around the plumbing under the kitchen sink.  It was money well spent.

Their prices are simply too high. Even with the Big Deal, their price was not competitive. I am going with someone else who offers a far better value.

Working with this family-owned business was a pleasure.  We bought their coupon from Angie's List, and we got a very nice call that same day from Tony, one of the sons, asking if we would like to schedule the in-home consultation with his father, Tom, the owner of the company.  We did so, and Tom came out and spent considerable time with us going over the types of pull-out shelves, the cost and what that included, and how the installation would be done.  We wanted two shelves in each of our three lower level cabinets, and Tom was very specific about the types of items we had and how much space between the two shelves would be needed in each cabinet to accommodate all the items.  Tom was extremely thorough in his explanations, very professional, and quite friendly. We felt comfortable with our decisions by the time he left.
A few weeks later on the scheduled date for installation, another of Tom's sons, Chris, showed up right on time and went to work installing our shelves.  Chris was very friendly and did a great job of getting all the shelves installed in what seemed like no time at all.  He explained a few features to us and asked if we had any questions.  He cleaned up everything and left nothing behind for us to take care of.  He did a super job!
We thoroughly enjoyed our experience working with these folks and would recommend them without reservation.

Purchased the Big Deal. I loved the extended pull out shelves for the bottom of my cabinets in my kitchen. My cabinets are organized and items are accessible. I decided to have the shelves installed in all my kitchen cabinets which cost more then I intended to spend but a valuable, wise decision. The men are pleasant to work with and very respectful of my home. They called several times to update me on their location due to a terrible storm. Very professional.

Pictures taken as part of estimate for accuracy. Installers arrived and did job at expected time. They were pleasant and professional. Installation accomplished within the hour as promised. Would consider using group again seriously.

The providers were punctual, professional, pleasant and did a very good job.
I have only good things to say about the providers, but my issue is with you and the "big deal", which was very misleading. Your note about the big deal was that is would provide $300-worth of pull-out work for the cost of $149. It did mention that it will require a minimum of 4 pull-out, but did not mention that the cost of 4 pull-out is $700. Thus, at a minimum, using the big deal would be a total of $549, i.e., $400 in addition to the big deal coupon. Of course, the coupon had already been paid for. BTW, the big-deal came to $133/pull-out, which is about the same as another estimate I had.
I had very good experience with your handyman big-deal, but had another misleading big-deal, as well. I purchased a deal for new roof. Your note said that the big-deal would cover a new roof for an average house. My house was not large, yet the cost for new roof was close to triple the coupon. Again, I did not find out the full cost until after I purchased the big-deal.
Response from Custom Pull Out Shelves & Refacing

"Dear Customer, I am happy that you are pleased with your the pull out shelves that were installed. I am sorry you felt mislead about the Big Deal's value. The deal was written to provide our customers with $150 dollars off with the purchase of four pull outs. This is a bigger discount than customers would generally receive. All of our pricing is listed on our website, www.CustomPullOutShelves.com and we are sorry if you felt mislead. Thanks, Tony DeSignor President Custom Pull Out Shelves LLC"
