The service provided was excellent!   From the scheduling to the move, I found this company to be very professional.  They scheduled my move quickly, and called to confirm times and date.  The movers who came out were fabulous, clean, caring and efficient.  I would whole-heartedly recommend B & N to anyone who needs a piano moved.

They moved an upright piano from South Jersey to Chester County. Review: We used the SnapFix app/Concierge service to find Band N, and were very happy with the services Band N provided. They worked with us (and the family member who was giving us the piano) to schedule both pick-up and delivery, on separate days to save money. They called the day before to confirm and let us know their arrival window. I can't comment on the pick-up, but for delivery, the crew showed up promptly and quickly moved the piano and bench into the house. They were careful with the doorways and hardwood floors. Overall, we're happy with the services they provided and will probably use them for tuning as well.

It turns out our piano was lousy and the tuner said it was not worth paying the money to fix. Band N (Dennis) came to throw it out and Dennis was amazing. He heard our son play and asked if he was taking lessons. When he heard my son was, in fact, learning, he swore he would get us a piano. It took him a few weeks, but he brought us a "new" old piano that someone else was getting rid of that is significantly in better shape than our old one and even gave us a contact for tuning at a cheaper price.

Fun, older gentleman, Nick, came to tune piano. He played beautifully and told us stories as he tuned. Delightful.

Excellent. Very professional. I could tell they had been moving pianos for many years. They cleaned up after themselves and nothing was broken or dirty after they left.
PS I'm not sure of the exact price. The personl who bought our piano from us paid for it.

Fine. He came on time and tuned the piano. It sounds much better than before he tuned it.

The move went smoothly. I only saw the three men who moved the piano from my New Hope residence into a truck, but they expertly wrapped the piano and moved it within 15 minutes. This was in marked contrast to the movers who brought the piano into the house some years ago. They were regular movers, not piano movers, and it required six of them to get the piano into the house. They had to remove the front door as well as part of the stair railing . The Band N movers knew exactly how to maneuver the piano in a tight space, and to my relief, they did not remove the front door.

They got to my house before I did! Three guys moved the piano in and out...it was still in tune when it got to the house.
Wish all thing in life could go this smooth

Band N was very responsive and courteous. While I had a hard date to have the piano out of the house in NJ and some restrictions on when it could be delivered to the house in PA I was still able to take advantage of a discount they offered if they choose pickup and delivery dates that were in alignment when when they'd already be in those areas. They picked up the piano on the 19th and delivered it on the 20th. They were professional and took great care of the piano - checking it prior to moving it and then again after it was delivered. I would use them again as well as recommend them to friends and family if they needed such services.

We had an upright in the basement of our town home which we needed to move to our new house.  The movers who originally brought the piano to our townhome had  warned us that it would be extremely difficult to bring it back up because of the way the stairs were configured.  But B&N was  unphased when I gave them a description of where the piano was located. They did a great job with amazing speed.  Would definitely use them again.

Movers were very professional, obviously had moved grand pianos and thus knew how to take apart in order to get out of house and into truck. Parts were carefully wrapped. Move was accomplished quickly and courteously.
With my initial phone call to Band N, we established dates for move. They were able to work with my schedule. A price was named and I made an initial deposit with credit card on the phone. Movers arrived when expected at both ends of move. Men were very polite. The final bill was presented after the piano was in place in my new home and I wrote a check for the balance.
No problems; a very satisfactory experience with Band N.
