Aston Glass was awesome, I brought in my fractured window and they had a replacement ready for me in just a few hours!

the job was scheduled for completion the next day. received a call about 2 hours after dropping the screen off that it was finished.

I was looking for someone local and found Aston Glass online. I arranged for an estimate and Al came by later that day around 5pm. I wanted to replace a large double thermal pain of glass that had become foggy because it was about 20 yrs old and lost its gas. Al gave me a reasonable price after measuring. He was very professional with a neat appearance. I was surprised when he told me that he could make the window to any size back at his shop. I expected to wait a while for the window to be ordered and installed. Instead, Al came promptly when scheduled,re measured, manufactured and installed the window within a few hours. He did a very good job and was careful not to break any molding. It rained very hard a few days later and there are absolutely no leaks. I would surely recommend Aston Glass and use them again if I needed too.

Al arrived as scheduled and quickly assessed the damage and offered an estimate. Once work was started it would require prompt repair, since it the window was on the first floor.

He offered to repair it that day, and found the upper part of the window (which was damaged) could be removed...something I did not know, and we have had those windows for over 10 years...ha! He took the upper section to the shop and returned it a couple hours later. Replaced both inner and outer panes with thermal glass.

The window now looks brand new. I might have saved money if I had known how to remove that section and take it to the shop myself...but the price seems reasonable considering the same-day service and quality of the repair.

I brought in the kitchen cabinet doors and they showed me samples of the glass they could use. I chose one and the work was done and done beautifully. I am currently using them again for another project.
