On the first delivery date their truck broke down and they were unable to delivery and install.
On the second delivery date I was informed that the plumbing behind my dishwasher needed to be modified to accomodate the dishwasher. An appointment was made the following week. The price of $595 was quoted to rerun the copper. I had my mother present at the house for the installation as I couldn't take off another day. She question them on why she could not hear or smell a torch being used if they were installing copper and were told not to worry. She was unable to see what they were doing because she couldn't maneuver her wheelchair around them to see.
A few days later, water began squishing up between the cork flooring in my kitchen.
During the installation these installers crimped the dishwasher water supply line when they pushed the dishwasher back so hard it bent the frame. The "repairs" they did behind the dishwasher was to cut out all my copper piping and install braided lines! They caught the washer on the cold water supply and that leaked as well.
Nearly 3 months after the fact I am still trying to get the situation resolved!
