The owners defective pump was unable to remove the water from the water heater. I told him that if he didn't find a way to do it correctly, the water from the tank would leak onto the floor. A large amount of water flooded the room and proceeded to the already damaged ceiling in the first floor. I had to personally use a shop vac to remove the water from the floor.

Preston made our disaster much more bearable after our hot water heater leaked all o er our first floor. Constant communication as he was trying to find a water heater that fit our space. He called minutes after I placed the quote request on a Sunday morning during a holiday. He and his helper were very professional, knowledgeable, and detailed. above all they were compassionate. They were caring of our pets and home. I have recommended his company to businesses and friends. I would definitely hire again. The price was also reasonable despite it being difficult to find a water heater to fit the space on a Sunday morning. They were also mindful of our Covid protocol and wore masks the entire time. THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR DISASTER MORE BEARABLE! We were extremely happy to get hot showers that night.
