I was glad the contact said he had 3 weeks from the date he received the down payment to complete the installation - The work was done professionally, although they left a little more mess than I would have liked and they put the side yard fence right up against the electric box.

Bill Super (the proprietor) was actively engaged thought out the process. He took the time to properly assess the installation site, address my concerns and prepare an accurate estimate. The installer (Mike) did excellent work. Although this was a fairly small job (i.e. only six fence panels), I contacted the Super Fence Company because of their experience and ability to address the several challenges associated with this project. Mike adeptly navigated a number of submerged obstacles, an adjoining retaining wall and the removal of a legacy chain link fence. In addition, Mike was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and respectful of the property. The Super Fence Company provided an outstanding product at an excellent price point. I would not hesitate to recommend this organization.

Replaced wood deck boards with trex composite boards and rails and added new stairs to center of yard. Deck is 20.5 * 14 ft and had 2 existing staircases. Great work. Really glad I went with them over two competing quotes which were actually at a higher price.

I needed a, purely, decorative fence to replace a decorative fence that was 25 years old. Cost and timeliness were of utmost importance for I had an upcoming graduation party and limited funds. Bill Super gave me a proposal in a timely manner and, I felt, truly listened to my cost concerns thus suggesting a solution that included leftover materials from a previous job. This translated to significant cost savings.
The project was completed within 10 days of permit receipt. The installers were professional, non-smokers who communicated well and were a pleasure to have on-site. Upon completion, my only concerns were a loose screw and clean up details such as; debris in grass from old product removal and fill around posts. These were somewhat, but not completely rectified after an email to Mr. Super. I believe, overall, I received an an A+ job especially considering the savings from creative use of leftover product.
The product used was black aluminum, Liberty 22, which looks beautiful at the front of my property adding curb appeal to my Craftsman Style home.

They were very good initially, but once the contract was agreed upon, their responsiveness was incredibly slow. Email responses took sometimes 3 to 5 days. Then they showed up on a day I wasn't home without my permission and installed half the fence incorrectly. I contacted them by phone and email and waited 4 or 5 days to be contacted about the installation and how it was going to be fixed. Finally, they sent a very capable contractor who put the fence in exactly the way I wanted it due to my constant supervision, but they never finished the job of cutting and capping the posts. I finally gave up and finished it myself.

These guys were good. They were able to turn around and come back with the numbers.

initial contact great. once we gave a deposit, they barely responded to us and charged our credit card without approval for the final payment. when i called, he would not call back. i would email and he did respond once.

Installation went great. Fence looks superb. Nice guys the day of installation. No complaints except for a pretty decent delay in communication when we have had a question for him.

Everything went well. I even changed original plan which left us short a post and the owner himself returned the next day to finish the project..

They put in a fence in our backyard. The job went very well. They came in and did the job. I would use them again. I liked their professionalism. If you call them and they don't respond immediately it is probably because they are busy. If you call them again and ask for them you would be able to get in touch with them.
