The work was excellent. Very knowledgeable and courtesy about explaining to me what they could do. They were good ad giving me options on the repair work. They also gave me some prices on the different options they had. They even glued a flap on my sneakers I was wearing at no charge.

It was excellent quality. They really took care of it. Everything was done when they said it would be done.

I took in my husband's high quality, but well-loved (i.e. beat up) wingtips to be resoled. They came out looking new, maybe even better than new! They did a beautiful job, replaced the laces, and gave them a super duper polish. My husband was amazed! Price is appropriate for extent and quality of work. We will definitely be going back; he is very h****** his shoes!

I brought in a beautiful pair of Doc Martens, which had so many lace holes, it took me forever to lace them up and put them on, so I never wore them. I wanted Rossi to put a zipper on them, making it easier for me to put them on and take them off. I left them so he could ask his "guy" if it was possible. A short time later, he called me back and told me it could be done, and told me the price, which was half of what I expected! When I picked them up, not long after, they were perfect! Great quality, and lots of care was taken to add the zipper. I'm thrilled and cant' wait to wear them!

I can't praise this company more! WOW. I have NEVER gotten any shoes fixed before, I suppose b/c I never liked shoes enough to fix them instead of replacing them. I finally found three pairs of boots that I loved, and have worn for more than 7 years. The soles were almost gone, the tips of the toes were shredded, the heels were peeling. They were a mess. But the leather was almost perfect. I took them to Rossi to see what they could do and how much it would cost. The young man I spoke to was SO nice and SO helpful. He really paid attention to me, and I didn't feel rushed or pressured. One pair, he told me was beyond repair, which I totally appreciated, b/c I didn't want to throw money away! He showed me why, and I decided to not repair the shoes. The other two pairs, he told me he could resole, fix the heels and tips. Each pair was about $45, which I thought was really worth it, considering each pair had originally cost about $150-$200. He said they'd be ready in 1 week. Sure enough, I came back a week later and they were waiting for me, beautifully polished, the soles immaculate, the tips miraculously fixed. I LOVE my shoes, and will absolutely bring my next pair of scuffed or messed up shoes to Rossi.

THEY IMMEDIATELY RESPONDED THAT THE SHOES WERE IN RELATIVELY BAD CONDITION AND THEY SUGGESTED THAT I SHOULD DECIDE WHETHER TO PAY THEM $64 FOR A REPAIR THAT MIGHT NOT LAST VERY LONG OR BUY A NEW PAIR OF SHOES INSTEAD. I APPRECIATED THEIR HONESTY AND DIRECTNESS IN TELLING ME HOW TO SOLVE MY PARTICULAR PROBLEM.

They are creative and detail-oriented in their work. A friendly family business, they work quickly, even more quickly if you need something immediately. Wouldn't take my things any place else.
