I had to call them and tell them that they needed to come and get the trash. They have missed about 8 times, not including the recycling. We pay for three cans so when they don't do their job they should take 6 cans the following week. When I call they will come out and collect only three cans. This is all on top of the tax money that we already pay. I've been trying to get this reconciled on my own and I have called 8 times this year alone. The supervisor I talked to was buligerant. I also wrote a letter to my commissioner before contacting Angie's List. The supervisor said that there was too much snow, which was only 2 inches. However, this has been going on since this past summer.
Description of Work: They are my weekly trash and bi-weekly recycling collection service.

As the Lower Merion Township government, public safety is priority #1. In recent months, snow emergencies have required deploying refuse and recycling crews to manage the snow cleaning operations. In spite these challenges, only one collection date was missed. Can limits were waved the following week and free disposal for those who preferred to dispose of trash in the interim at the townships transfer station was provided.
