Ken responded quickly to my initial request for assistance with a window air conditioning unit that was giving us trouble. Ken cleaned the unit and helped us explore what options might be available to repair our old unit. Wince we decided to replace the unit, we asked Ken to handle the installation. When the new unit arrived, Ken arranged his schedule to complete the installation quickly and took care to clean up the area where he was working. In all communications with us, Ken was professional and polite. He consistently arrived to our place in a timely manner and even checked in with us after completing the installation to make sure things were going smoothly. I look forward to working with Ken again in the future and am happy to recommend him for any handyman jobs you may have.

Ken is smart, proactive and very easy to work with. He came almost exactly on the dot and let us know when he was five minutes away. He replaced a porch light, repaired some siding on the house, diagnosed a leaking AC window unit and later installed the new unit that was needed. He's efficient, respectful and careful. We have had a very hard time finding a handyman, so we are grateful to finally have someone to call on who we can trust with our recently acquired and very rundown 123 year old house.
