Alan was consummate professional and very thorough, well spoken, knowledgeable. He power washed the exterior of the house as well as re-tarred the driveway, repaired and restrained the deck all for a very reasonable rate. Home Smiles of Ardmore provided excellent service on my two properties in West Chester, including dryer vent cleaning, refrigerator coil cleaning, and power washing and sealing of the decks. The owner also noted a small plumbing leak on one of the properties which would have turned out to be a significant issue had it not been noticed and addressed when it was.

Power washing the front of our home to remove the green mold there was only one of many services that HomeSmiles completed for us in one day. They did a great job with all of them, especially the dryer vent cleaning, which was the first time that had been done in 19 years! I never thought about the types of maintenance that the HomeSmiles guys completed for us, but my wife later told me that she thought about them - a lot - and it bothered her. Now she feels very relieved that those yearly tasks are off her plate - and she doesn't have to think about them anymore - since we'll be having HomeSmiles back each year. That alone is well worth the cost!

The Homesmiles folks gave me a detailed quote and were on time. They started jobs of power washing the cement walks, flushed out lint from the dryer vent, and did a cleanup. They also cleaned out the gutters and cleaned up after the jobs. I would hire them again. John, Ardmore
