Prompt friendly service from a neighborhood mechanic.  Trustworthy and honest service manager who did not urge unnecessary repairs.  I was told my brakes were worn by another mechanic but at Heilman's I was told they had some life left in them.  I trust them, the work they did do was done right and quickly as promised.  Never the dealership again for me.

I found their service to be excellent for basic oil changes. Pricing is very good. They also have a small waiting room and provide free coffee while you wait. They are only 5 minutes from my home, whereas my Volvo dealer is about a 25 minute drive. So far so good, especially for basic services. The customer who paid before I did was so pleased with the service on his Subaru that he said they had a customer for life. They take appointments. Give them a try. I think you'll be pleased.

They are very good. Alfonso is the service manager there. He is just an incredibly straightforward, nice guy. I know nothing about cars. I just trust everything that he says and all the work that he has done. He is terrific. I can trust him, and he is not taking advantage of me. They are great. I would absolutely continue to use them in the future.

We called in the morning to see if we could get our car in for an oil change and inspection. We had no problem and the work was completed before the end of the day. We had coupons that saved us some money on both, but we would return even without coupons. Everyone we spoke to was courteous and the work was thorough - they have a checklist that includes check tire pressure, etc, which was very helpful for us.

They are thorough, honest, and transparent. Their prices are excellent, and they never push you into a more expensive solution when a simple one will work. I have never had a repeat problem with my car after seeing them (I wish the same were true for other places I'd used in the past). Note that the excellent rating for price is for the service; their gas is among the most expensive in the area.
