Really well. He was flexible when we realized the rot/termite damage was worse than expected. I also mis-measured and needed the new entryway door moved after he had already fully framed and hung it, and he was totally okay with the change. He kept a clean work space the entire job as well.
All in, it was a smooth process and I'll definitely use him on my next large project.

He is a very good contractor and a very good carpenter. All the subs that he has working for him seem to be top notch in terms of the work they do. They were very careful and cleaned up after themselves every day. They seem to really take the time to do the job right. He didn't cut corners. It was just quality workmanship.
