I was pleasantly surprised when I learned that Basch Builders does roof replacements. I could quickly tell it's all about attention to detail for them and every job truly matters. Other companies come out, do what's required and go home. Basch Builders takes the time to understand exactly what you want and delivers nothing less than top quality work fit for any type of home, all the way up to multi-million dollar mansions.

Jacob is amazing to work with. I met him years ago when he was building a condo for a buyer client of mine. We instantly clicked. Overtime we’ve worked together and become friends. Jacob and his team recently replaced my aging roof. Seamless transition from signing contract to putting work in place. Had an excellent experience with this roofing company. They came out promptly, provided a clear and very fair quote, and stuck to their timeline exactly as promised. They showed up right on time and, just like that—two days later—I had a brand new roof. The crew was professional, efficient, and left the yard and area around the house absolutely spotless. You wouldn’t even know they had been there, except for the beautiful new roof. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, quality roofing work.

I had a tremendous experience with my first home purchase. Jacob even went above and beyond & personally came out to the property when I had any issues. He is by far one of the best contractors/builders in the city. I even hired him to rehab 2 more properties that I purchased. He is a consummate professional & it was an absolute privilege working with his team!! There are not many contractors that will get back to me within 30 seconds of sending a text/email. Its a shame I can only give 5 stars, I'd rate him 10 stars if I could.
