We took the car in 3-23-15 and spoke with the service consultant, Barry. I had my mother explain the issue, as she was driving at the time. I expected Barry to ask if she had hit the gas by accident or something got lodged in the gas peddle, but the tone, manner and facial expressions were very condescending. I mentioned the SB and got a 'yeah right' look. We left the car overnight so the Tech could drive it home and around. Next day we got a call from Barry that they could find no mechanical issues and that the person driving the car must have 'big feet' and hit the gas pedal. I've driven the car many times with my size 11 feet and had no issues. We were also told the coolant was sludge and had been changed. This surprised me a the car was PA inspected 8 days earlier by an AAA approved station with no coolant issues found. Was this upselling un-needed repairs. We left the car overnight again for further test drives.
We picked up the car and I was happy with the price. We were not charged the minimum $98, only for the coolant flush (needed). The other service consultant, cashier and person bring the car down were very nice and polite
