It went fine. I ended up doing the extra work myself rather than haggle with him. I would use them again for sanding if the same guy came out to do the work. Otherwise I'm sure other businesses are fine too.

Ardmore Floor Sanding did a great job for me. I ripped up some carpet and found hardwood floors underneath. The floors were nice, but covered with numerous paint stains, very worn in some areas, and missing some boards. I decided to use AFS to sand, repair, and refinish the floors. When they did the work, they were punctual and professional. My floors look better than I even thought they would. Soon, I plan on ripping up some more carpet in another part of my house, and after I do, I will call AFS to refinish those floors as well.

They came exactly when they said they would and did an excellent job refinishing the floors. Some of the floors were gouged as previous owners had tried to do it themselves. Ardmore Floor Sanding removed all the gouges. They also did a good job informing me of progress, which was important since I was 300 miles away having the work done before I moved in.

They were very professional and prompt. They were on time and I had no problems with their service. They kept us informed about everything they did. They explained every step. They were always very responsive when ever I called or emailed them. At first I was concerned because I saw two issues on the Better Business Bureau page, but that was over the course of 10-12 years.
