Joe was great! He arrived about 20 minutes late (no problem, just saying) and went right to work. He immediately figured out what to do, and made it happen, even though it turned out to be a little more complicated than he had thought it would be. Great guy, great service! I would call him again in a heartbeat.

Computer was VERY slow and needed to be updated and cleaned. The technician arrived on time and was very polite. He stayed only one hour. He cleaned up files, got rid of things that we didn't need, cleaned and vacuumed the system and fans.The computer is now working beautifully. We were really happy with the service and I would absolutely call them again.

I have taken my computers to them most often - always open when they say and quick to get the work done - you can pay for more expedited service if you wish. The cost seems high but it always turns out to be cheap to get the work done and be computer functional again. They also came out to the house one time to fix our wifi network - they were professional and prompt and most importantly fixed us right up.
