Unprofessional and poor workmanship by Cesar Meraz and workers include, but not limited to, are: Failure to properly stud and install the drywall by not butting and taping prior to installing the Hardie backer board. Failure to butt and tape the drywall in the shower area, corners and ceiling prior to installing the Hardie backer board. Failure to properly level the walls so that the Hardie backer met the left-hand side of the tub rather than being behind the lip with a half-inch gap.Failure to properly level the wall on the right side of the tub leaving a one-inch space preventing a proper seal around the return vent in the shower area. Failing to use flashing to prevent leaking at the lip of the tub. Failure to properly use the self-leveling. Followed by the improper use of mortar/ thin-set causing an unleveled elevation of my bathroom floor above the threshold. Cutting my marble tile with a cut and snap device rather than a wet saw leaving sharp and cracked edges. Improper installation of the tile resulting in tile grout lines filled with gobs of mortar/thin-set.Thirty square feet of marble tile wasted b/cc improper and poor cutting and installation on the floor. Installing the tile over the threshold further elevating the bathroom floor. Cesar Meraz refused to refund my money as promised and ignored my PA AG complaint. I would have given him zero stars if it was possible. Mr. Meraz duped me out of hundreds of dollars and never looked back. beware!

He is my go to guy and I trust him! He is very talented, honest and trust worthy. Overall a wonderful person and an excellent worker. Just make sure he cleans up as good as he can!
