He called me back and asked what I needed done. He didn't come out right away. He came out on a Saturday afternoon, took some measurements. He said he'd get back to me with the estimate, and I still have not received anything.

EVERYBODY REMARKS ON HOW GOOD OF A JOB HE DID. I ALSO HAD A METAL DOOR I PUT IN AND WAS UNABLE TO DO THE WOODWORK AROUND THE DOOR MYSELF, AND HE FINISHED THE WOODWORKING AROUND THE DOOR. HE ALSO SECURED OUR BANISTER. HE FINISHED THE STEP AND PRIMED THE DOOR BECAUSE MY WIFE HAD NOT DECIDED WHAT THE FINAL COLOR WOULD BE. HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY, EASY TO TALK TO AND HE GAVE ME THE PRICE RIGHT AT THE BEGINNING. APPROXIMATE COST IS LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR AROUND 8 HOURS OF WORK.

BILL IS A WONDERFUL CRAFTSMAN - THE DOOR WORKS BEAUTIFULLY - AND A VERY NICE PERSON. HE HAS LOTS OF SKILLS AND IS PRETTY BUSY; WE WERE AMAZED THAT HE WAS WILLING TO DO SUCH A SMALL JOB FOR US, WE WISH WE HAD MORE FOR HIM TO DO.
