We are 3 years into signing the contract and the project is not completed yet. He has our money and we do not have a house. He does not show up to the job site, communicate in a timely manner, and his "employees" that show up are unskilled laborers who lie about their hours. He lied to my face about the status of the project over and over again and would check into the project and see things were not done. He spent our money elsewhere and could not purchase the supplies we paid for. The job site porta-potty was actually repossessed for him not paying the bill!
