Had approximately 8 very large trees and 9 small trees removed from my yard. Called another tree service for estimates but they returned my call once and never came. Environmental Tree came recommended to me from my landscaper. Jerry (owner) came quickly for an assessment and provided a reasonable estimate given the number of trees. Unfortunately, I did have to wait about 2 months from the estimate until the work was completed due to their busy schedule, then Hurricane Sandy hit and they were even busier. There was also a slight delay due to equipment malfunction (I requested stump grinding after the estimate and the stump grinder broke down) But once the work was performed, it was completed in a little over a week. All trees and debris were removed and grass seed planted. The yard looks significantly better and I no longer have to worry about a large tree falling on my house- many of these trees were dying or on their way to decay. I felt the price was reasonable given the volume of trees and height.
