The business was founded in 1982 by my father. Oh July 01, 2013, my wife and I purchased the business from my parents. We are a general auto service facility serving mostly Armstrong and Westmoreland Counties.

I must say that Tom's Auto Service did other work for us at other times that we were satisfied with and we would be willing to work with him again.

I do understand how you confidence can be shaken due to this problem, but rest assured, had anything shown up during our testing and repairing of your vehicle, it would have been addressed. I know each time a vehicle is serviced, it puts your lives in my hands, and I take that very seriously. Please accept my apologies for this problem, and thank you for understanding that some problems are not easily found."
On this instance, I felt that my brakes just didn't feel right. I drive various vehicles so I wasn't sure if it was my vehicle or what. Needless to say, it was the brakes. The work was all completed in one day.
They are not the cheapest around, but they are far from the most expensive either. They will give you a fair deal. If you want the drop dead cheapest go elsewhere. If you want the job done right, so it will last, make an appointment with them. I can't speak highly enough of the service I have received at Tom's Auto over the past 6 years. I was referred to them by a very trusted friend and I am happy to do a favor to others and pass the referral along.
