Ronna was wonderful! I have been looking for that special housekeeper that gives the cleaning that special "womans touch" and I finally found the person in Ronna.
The house looked and smelled wonderful by the time she was done. I will definitely hire her again.

We have used Nice and Clean for 8 years. We feel as though they have taken ownership of the care of our home. We rarely have to point out a problem, in fact they usually surprise us by doing some things that are beyond our expectations like polishing silver, treating wood in our foyer and around our fireplace, etc. They anticipate what need to be done and they always leave our home in a very nice state. My wife says that they make her feel like and quot;I have died and gone to heavenand quot;.

It went extremely well. The team was professional, punctual, and easy to talk to. They went above and beyond what I've come to expect from a local cleaning service. Definitely a cut above the rest. I look forward to working with them in the future.

They did a poor job cleaning the household. I felt like I could trust them. She said that all the employees were insured. They don't have pockets when they come into the house and thats why I hired them.
An employee from this cleaning company stole $2600. I got a confession from the owner and employee who stole the money. The police came and took a report verifying this information. I took the employee to court. The employees are paid under the table. Ronna is the only person that is insured. The owner isn’t going to take blame for anything.
Ronna, the owner, told me that she was bonded. When I called her insurance company over the employee's theft I found out she was not bonded. Ronna stated in court that she felt she was not responsible for the theft because she was not the one who stole the money. The judge ruled in my favor. Beware of this company.

She takes ownership of her work and the house. I know she will do everything necessary. They are always looking for ways to improve as well.

Ronna and her team are very flexible and do a wonderful job cleaning my house! I just rescheduled last week with the 4th of july weekend and it was not a problem! I have them clean every other week!

I have tried to call and email them and I have still not heard anything. They were supposed to come out before Christmas but never showed.

"Dear Sir, There must have been a miscomunication. You had spoke with Brian and he had stated that he thought that you were discontinuing service. I thought that was the case when I removed you from the schedule. I am very sorry. In hindsight I should have check with you. I was misinformed. We loved cleaning for you, and we are very sad we lost you. If there is anything I can do to change this situation please give me a call or e-mail."

WE HIRED NICE AND CLEAN ABOUT THREE MONTHS AGO FOR WEEKLY HOUSECLEANING SERVICES. BEFORE HIRING THEM, WE INTERVIEWED A TOTAL OF FIVE COMPANIES. SINCE NICE AND CLEAN STARTED WORKING WITH US OUR HOME HAS REALLY IMPROVED. THEY TAKE EXTRA CARE TO GET UNDER FURNITURE, RUGS, ETC. AND WE REALLY LIKE THAT THEY ARE ALWAYS MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS TO MAKE OUR HOME NICER. FOR EXAMPLE, A HARDWOOD FLOOR WAS IN BAD SHAPE. WE GOT AN ESTIMATE OF OVER $1,200 FROM A FLOOR REFINISHER. NICE AND CLEAN KNEW OF TREATMENTS AND PRODUCTS THAT WERE ABOUT $25 THAT THEY APPLIED AND THE FLOOR LOOKS ALMOST NEW! THEY ARE ALSO OPEN TO PROJECTS LIKE POLISHING SILVER OR DEALING WITH OLD PROBLEMS AREAS. WE HAVE NEVER BEEN SO HAPPY WITH A HOUSECLEANING SERVICE. WE FEEL THAT THEY ARE PART OF OUR TEAM AND WERE ALL WORKING TOGETHER TO MAKE THE HOME AS GOOD AS IT CAN BE. YOU WILL LIKE THEM.
