They came out to take a look at my shower within a week of my inquiry. The quote was provided shortly after. They stated it would be approximately one month until they could do the work. After two months and multiple voicemails, emails, and text messages they have not responded to any of my attempts to touch base and see when they would be able to start the work. Not worth the agony of dealing by with them. The two people I contacted about the work were Mike and Hunter.

Sent out a request and heard from Hunter three days later. Came to our house of June 18 to give us an estimate. Called him same evening to give him the job and no response. Sent him an email and and another call on June 19th. No response. Called him again on June 20th. Still no response. Called him on June 21st and said that if i didn't hear from him by the end of the day, I would hire some one else. Still no response. I just hired another person from Angie's List to do the job who answered his phone on the first call. Very disappointed in Hunter as he seemed like a very nice personable young man.

We received an email from you on 6/20 and replied the following sunday, the first day I was in town. I am very glad you were able to find another professional on this wonderful site. Sent out a quote request to them through Angie's list on June 4, 2018. Heard back from them on June 6 asking for more detail which I provided. Not having heard back, on June 9 I sent them an email saying I needed to hear back from them by Sunday evening (June 10) or I would have to go with someone else. No response.

Mr. Ferguson was extremely helpful with everything. He responded promptly, did the work in a timely fashion and I am so happy with the result. We had a problem with our kitchen island needing supports for the new granite and Mr. Ferguson took it upon himself to call our granite company to discuss exactly what was needed and then he took care of the issue. He has been doing tiling all of his life and is very precise and knows what he is doing. His price is great, the quality excellent, and his work ethic exemplary. I will definitely hire Ferguson Custom Tile again.

Hunter was great to work with. He was prompt in his replies and his estimate. He suggested items and was very knowledgeable about the products I asked him about. My floor took one day to do and one day to dry. After it dried I noticed some spots and called Hunter and he immediately responded that they would come out and fix it. I called a lot of other places but decided on Ferguson and now I am so happy that I did. Whoever is out there looking for ceramic and/or any other tile you should definitely call Ferguson. You will NOT be disappointed.

They did an excellent job, which is still looking good even after over twenty years. They worked with us as far as scheduling times to work and were very good with helping us to plan what we wanted. They also cleaned up well when they were finished!

Many of my friends said that they simply throw the tile in themselves, however; when they saw my bathroom, they always say that they wish they had gone with a professional. My spacing between tiles is perfect, my grout has been sealed, and many steps were taken to insure that my tile looks brand new for years to come. The owner, Hunter Ferguson, was the person who laid my tile and what I noticed the most was the pride he took in his work. In a day where there is so much DIY, I am thankful that I went with a professional. I had heard many things about Ferguson Flooring and I would highly recommend them.tt
