The crew was here for almost three days as I had quite a laundry list of issues that I needed to have taken care of in a house were are updating as a rental including a new electric hot water tank, numerous leaking valves, new kitchen sink faucet, all new bathroom fixtures in shower/bathtub, new tub drain & overflow, as well as installing new vanity with fixtures and removing the old, new toilet parts and more. The guys were very professional and accommodating. I will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them. Great to work with. For the work that was done I thought the price was very reasonable.

A friend recommended Ed Cerra of Cerra Plumbing to me. Dale, the employee who came today, was very friendly and courteous taking his shoes off when he saw ours by the door, cleaning up, turning lights off, locking up the garage, etc. We had a gasket go bad on our kitchen sink and it was causing minor leaks so I called to have it replaced and Dale saw that's what it was right away and did not try pushing any unnecessary repairs or anything on us like a shady company I won't name has in the past did. Also, our outside waterhose faucet needed replacing as it would spray us every time we turn it on. Things were running a little behind schedule with another employee calling off today, but other than that the service was good.

The two plumbers were very professional. They took care with everything that they did. No problems whatsoever.

Discovered tub in seldom used bathroom was not draining while cleaning it in preparation for visitors coming the next day. Called Cerra Plumbing, left a message, and received a call-back within ten minutes. Set up an appointment for them to come by in a couple of hours. They arrived and were able to get the drain flowing again. Had to remove a toilet to get the job done. Re-installed the toilet fixing a problem in the original installation.
Also had a water heater that was periodically dripping water from the pressure relief valve. Two other plumbers had looked at the problem and thought they had fixed it, but the problem returned in short order. Cerra replaced the relief valve and made some adjustments. Water is still occasionally dripping from the valve, but to a much lesser degree than before. Don't consider the remaining problem urgent enough to have them come out for that problem alone.

The company came in and completed all of the required work for the estimated price. They cleaned up after themselves and the work was done as described. I was out all day and my father was in the house when they were working. When I came home, they were eager to show me all of the completed work, explained everything, and allowed me to ask all of my questions. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

I am selling my deceased father's house. We discovered the smell of gas around the water heater over the weekend. I was out of town and needed to get the water heater fixed ASAP as the potential home buyers had scheduled a home inspection. My realtor recommended Ed Cerra. I called him on a Monday morning and he went to the house later that afternoon. My realtor let him in. He called me the next morning to let me know that the thermostat needed replaced and that the gas feed tube was done incorrectly. He questioned the age of the water heater and said that he typically didn't deal with GE water heaters. He said that he would have to find the thermostat for that type of water heater and would have it done before the home inspection which was the next morning. He then told me that it would cost $323.00. The price was outrageous but at that point I was stuck since I was out of town and it was the day before the home inspection. He went in the morning of the home inspection to do the work. He finished before the inspection but the home inspector was there already. He commented to the home inspector that the exhaust for the water heater wasn't done as well as it should be. I felt that he should have not discussed anything with the home inspector. Thankfully the water heater exhaust was not a concern to the potential home buyers. I feel that I really got ripped off. I could have got a whole new water heater installed for not a whole lot more than I paid Ed Cerra.

They cut corners on the work and used cheaper materials to save themselves money. I had to have another plumber come out to fix the work they didn't do correctly.

I have always used Ed Cerra plumbing since moving to our new house 2 years ago. They provided winterizing service when our house was vacant and saved me money by providing easy to follow instructions in order to complete winterizing work myself. I also called upon their services to install a new refrigerator when the ice-maker/water supply line required a new connection and replacement of a bent water line, and again when a new sink fixture was installed in our laundry room along with a connection for our dryer. They are professional, responsive, courteous and extremely helpful. I highly recommend their services.

They did a fabulous job! They were very polite and at the time we were homeschooling our 3 children and they were so cordial. I really enjoyed them as a plumbing group. Their price was reasonable. We would most definitely hire them again.

Fantastic! Clean, professional, responsible, reasonable. They worked thoroughly and efficiently and were happy to help me attach a new garden reel I had just bought to the house. They are careful and personable. This was the second time working with them and I'm still very pleased.

They had a huge job ahead of them and they made everything look new before they were done. Their customer service people followed up with us to see how they did also and that was very nice. They did a great job.
