As always with these kind of guys, no problems for the first few years. Then (2008) the roof started to leak and I had to get a real roofer in to fix it. That roofer told me that the way my roof was vented by the guy who put the roof on (Steves Siding) was all wrong. I wrote Steve Siding and had my letter returned. Tried calling...no response.
Recently, with some of the wind and storms we've had, a row of shingles came loose. I had to call another roofer to fix this problem. He told me that the shingles were never installed (nailed) properly by the company who installed the roof (Steves Siding).
I have learned a very valuable lesson here. Go with the professional, not the guy who has no idea how to install a roof.
