Ron was always available and checked in frequently to make sure all was going well and on time. The workers were professional and each group was coordinated so there was no long wait times. I had heard of similar jobs being stretched out over many months and the inconvenience it caused. RM had a good reputation, which is why we selected them. They assured us this would progress well. It did.
I was not entirely happy with the show room they selected for bath fixtures, We used them for some but had to seek other items elsewhere. RM worked nicely with both venders.
Two problems came up. One was a loose covering for a safety bar. This was noted early and fixed. The second was a softening of the wall near a seam noted a half year later. The cause of this was unclear. But they attended to it, recaulked a seam, fixed the wall and painted over. This has not recurred. I liked the way they stood behind their work. I would recommend them highly.
Patient, professional, skilled, knowledgeable and meticulous.
