Home Building
We believe he knew of pre-existing moisture issues, settlement issues and other general construction issues that he did not disclose to us before buying this new home.
Please see our video documentary for a tour of the home he sold us and would not fix. All issues were discovered within the first few months of moving in so there should have been a warranty. The builder Costello Builders of East Petersburg PA also did not offer to stand by this diaster new home. Sure, it won the Harrisburg 2008 Parade of Homes award but boy was this an example of BAD CONSTRUCTION. Paradigm Windows of Maine also provided leaky windows but there was a lot more than leaky windows that went wrong in this home.
