He did a nice job with the cleaning. Carpets look refreshed and random pet- and kid-stains are gone. The carpet stretching was for two wrinkled areas in the path of high traffic of a 12-year-old carpet. After stretching and cutting the carpet around a floor vent he asked me how I wanted him to fix the area around the vent which was now off center from the stretching and gave me a couple options which I felt was odd. I thought he should know how to handle it so it looked the best. I did make a choice and it looks fine but the whole interaction left me a bit puzzled. In the end the carpet looks good and has probably bought me a few more years of use looking nice before it will be replaced.

They were great. Starting with our consultant, Kathy Lutz, it was a pleasure to deal with Allwein. Kathy was patient and knowledgeable. The installers were punctual and professional.

I will continue to use Allwein Carpet One Floor & Home if needed.

We are very satisfied with them. The price was competitive compared to the others. It is a family owned business, and the person who came out and did the initial examinations was one of the members of the family. His name was Steve Allwein. He was very good, very thorough, and the we couldn't have been happier with the technician they sent out. He was very good.

The person doing the cleaning was courteous and efficient.  He told me he would make my carpet look new again, and he did.  I was very happy with the result and would use the service again.

Their work was excellent and the communication was good. I did need to have them return to the unit to redo a small section of metal transition in the hallway, due to a miscommunication between the estimator and the installer. Also, the salesperson was relatively new and inexperienced (I asked a lot of questions), but she tried hard to answer my questions and to find out answers and solutions if she did not know them. Overall, the quality of the work was very good and my new tenants really appreciate the new flooring.

i have used this company several times and they are excellent. they are very professional and considerate and do a great job. they seem kind of pricey but when i mentioned that to them they gave me a discount. I clean my carpets every 6 months and i always use them.

Steve from Allwein's was very helpful on the phone and set up an appointment to come to the house to take measurements of the rooms so he could give us an accurate quote.  On the day of the appointment, we were traveling and ended up having 2 flat tires which put us 5 hours behind our scheduled arrival.  Steve was very helpful and even came to the house on a Saturday evening when we finally arrived.   They were accomodating with their scheduling of the cleaning.  The carpet cleaner arrived on time and cleaned the whole house & steps.  The carpets looked great!  And the best part was that the cat dander was removed and my alergies weren't bothering me anymore!  I would use Allwein's again.

They did a very good job with the cleaning and it has held up very well. I have used them for years.

We brought in a ruminate and the girl went out of her way to match it, they have very good service. they are not pushy they really try to help you. she looked for ever and kept her eyes on the carpet that came in. They are very thorough and they even sent a note in the mail. They are old school in that they appreciate their customers. They are very appreciative, and attentive.
