Eleven years ago the provider sold and installed a central vac system in our home with complete satisfaction all around.. A component recently suffered a 'melt-down' for some reason and we contacted the store for some assistance with our need. The person who answered the phone was very polite but stated that I would have to discuss my needs with the owner who was 'out' installing merchandise at the moment. She offered to take my number and forward it to the owner. We waited almost a week and called back and the person again offered to forward our number to the owner. Another week went by but we never heard a peep. Its now a month and still no call back - needless to say we went to a competitor and received complete satisfaction. Perhaps the owner thought we wanted something for nothing; but we feel he should have least had one of his staff explore our needs a little more if he was afraid of us.
Description of Work: He did nothing!
