I had water backing up and liquid plumber was not doing the job. Joe came out and put new plastic pipe and joints underneath the sink. It is like a new toy seeing the water run down my drain again, instead of up. We have not had a bit of trouble since. THIS PLUMBER IS TOP NOTCH--VERY VERY GOOD.

I went downstairs early Sunday afternoon and saw that our sewer had backed up in the garage. I have 2 floor drains in the garage and they are the first stop on the way from the septic back to the house. I called another plumber I found on Angie's List but he was unavailable and recommended Joe Kanai... Professional recommendation, good sign!
I called Joe on his cell and he promptly answered. He listened to my plight but had to call me back for address and scheduling as he was on the road at the time. Shortly after that first brief conversation he called back and took down my information and set up a time later in the day when he was available. He made it out right around the time he estimated (about 3 hours after we talked) and in 30 minutes had cleaned out the sewer line to the septic from an outside clean-out port.
For being an emergency service call on Sunday I believe the price was very reasonable. Joe was perfectly professional and personable. He was prompt and effective!
I will definitely call Joe in the future should I have plumbing needs and will strongly recommend him to the friends/neighbors and any co-workers in the area!
