They were very quick to respond and did a thorough job. Unfortunately, I was not present, so didn't see the work. They sent me an invoice, and I was surprised at the high cost. There was no detail on the invoice, so it wasn't possible for me to know what I had been billed for. But I called, and got a reasonable explanation.
I think Figley is a good small company, and they make an honest effort to please their customers. Could be more sophisticated with their billing though.
