. THE CREW SHOWED UP EARLY IN THE MORNING (USUALLY BEFORE 8) AND WORKED TIL 7 AT NIGHT. VERY PROFFESIONAL , POLITE , PLEASANT AND EASY TO WORK WITH .  WE DID NOT FIND ANYTHING LEFT IN THE YARD AFTER THEY LEFT ---CLEAN AS A WHISTLE .
THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND BETTERLIVING PATIO AND SUNROOMS TO EVERYONE. EVERY MORNING WE'RE IN OUR SUNROOM WITH COFFEE IN HAND .

The work quoted was for a TV mounting, existing system surround sound speakers wired, and Universal Remote programming. All pieces except one were previously used prior to relocation. After showing the gentleman all the equipment involved, I was assured there would be no problem programming and setting up the system, and was quoted $625. The original gentleman & technician arrived at the planned day & time. We reviewed things in detail again. New hardware was installed & wires were run, though they were not run  inconspicuously as discussed. I requested that a few holes be re-drilled and the wires hidden. There were issues immediately regarding the remote and RF system. The tech was unfamiliar with them. He attempted learning the software on his own and returned several times to trouble-shoot to no avail. He finally quit trying on the third return.I researched the manufacturer myself, found an AUTHORIZED dealer of the remote, who walked me through the corrections over the phone and I was able to do it  myself.All of this I overlooked until I received the invoice. It was for the total amount. When I called twice to discuss I was told that it couldn't be reduced because of the time invested. I let him know that he over-promised and failed to deliver, not to mention attempted to work on a remote system that his tech was never trained in. He said there was nothing he could do about it. I paid the bill in full and was happy to wash my hands of the situation.
