Our shower has two doorways, one into my area and the other into my wife's. We weren't sure what would need to be done about our glass shower doors and were concerned that they would need to be replaced in order to repair the threshold. Debbie Burchett came out to look at the job and put us completely at ease. She knew and told us exactly what needed to be done, that the shower doors could be removed and remounted, that she knew who could do that job and that she'd coordinate the entire effort.
The Burchetts' proposal arrived promptly. It was thorough and reasonably priced. The work commenced on Tuesday, with the glass contractor removing the existing 4 panes of 3/4" glass along with the bottom track. On Wednesday, Burchetts replaced the 2 stone shower thresholds, re-grouted the tile shower base and re-caulked our two marble vanity tops (that last at no additional charge). It all looks great! The glass contractor will be out on Friday to re-mount the glass doors to complete the job. In all we'll have done without the use of our shower for just three mornings!
This has been one of our best contractor experiences ever.
