This is my second time hiring Tim, and I will always use Tim for appliance repair. He is reliable, honest, and knowledgeable. His fees are very affordable. My dryer was not getting hot. He completely inspected the dryer, inside and out of the machine, inside and outside of the house, tested and retested the dryer for an extended period of time. The dryer cooperated for Tim, but he suggested the the start dial may need to be replaced. He captured the info I will need if the dryer acts up again. I was only charged a service call.

Tim did a great job. He was punctual, professional and friendly. He gave me a lot of information so I could decide whether to repair or replace the machine. He didn't pressure me to make expensive repairs and let me decide what to do next.

Tim gave me realistic advice about the life and, sooner later, death, of my 20-year-old refrigerator. He advised against replacing the compressor, which would cost not much less than a new refrigerator and also suggested replacement brands and features. He was on time, efficient, courteous, and wore a mask. I would definitely hire him again for any large home appliance repairs.

Tim showed up on time. He diagnosed the problem and fixed the oven. He gave a thorough explanation of the problem and how it was to be fixed and the price of the job, before starting the work.

Very professional service. I can't recommend highly enough, and do so without reservation. Tim arrived on-time, and the dried was quickly diagnosed and repaired.

The problem was determined to be "sudsing" and I was advised how to eliminate this problem. I also needed a cap for the rinse aid dispenser and information for ordering was valuable. Additional concerns were later addressed by returning my phone call in a timely manner. How did it go: Very Well!

Part has been discontinued so could not be fixed, however Tim was very knowledgeable and kind and I would definitely hire him again if another appliance of mine breaks. The fee for going out to look is about $90.

Dryer was not repairable at reasonable cost so I had to get a new one. But it was worth a shot.

He's wonderful. He recommended not to fix it and just getting a new one. I trust his integrity. He fix it very well.

He diagnosed problem. I decided it was not worth fixing. The repairman was knowledgeable, polite and thorough.

Tim was fantastic! He showed up on time, and he was extremely knowledgeable. He discussed many options with us about our dishwasher and what we could do for fixing it. Unfortunately in the end we found out that it would be about the same price to repair it as buying a new one, so we decided to buy a new one. I am grateful that he was up front and honest about that. I would MOST DEFINITELY use him again if something else in my home breaks. I can see why he has so many good reviews.
