Smith Brothers Flooring

We had a previous contractor damage our kitchen floor. We needed a quick estimate to determine the amount for a lawsuit, and we were referred to Mike Smith by our plumber, who we highly regard. Mike came out promptly, surveyed the damage and recommended we replace it with Duraceramic tile. We have an old house with a lot of deflection in the floor so rigid tile was not an option, and the kitchen is very large, apx 400 sq ft, to he did not recommend sheet vinyl because of the seams. After seeing the samples we agreed. It took us 3.5 months to call him back, but once we did they came out within 2 weeks. They pulled up the old kitchen floor and the slate floor in the foyer and intalled new underlayment on the first day and hauled away all the debris. They laid the tile the second day and grouted on the third. They did all his while jockeying around our refridgerator and washer/dryer. They were clean, courteous and professional. They answered all of our questions and assured us if there was any problem they would be back. We love the new floor and will definitely use them for future projects.
