Phil Jones was wonderful to deal with; despite the relatively small job that I needed to get done, he traveled all the way to NJ to give me a precise and clear quote. His crew executed the work swiftly, precisely and neatly. No money was requested upfront. Phil Jones stated that he stands behind his work and wants the client to pay only when all is done and the client is happy. Needless to say, I sent out payment the minute the job was finished as I would not be more thrilled and relieved to finally find great professionals who stand behind their work and their clients. There were no hidden costs or surprises; Phil stood by his original quote and completely met and even surpassed my expectations.
