Outdoor Design

We have used them for some landscaping and snow removal.  They are better for the snow removal though.  My neighbor and I both were not pleased with their landscaping work.  They line up a lot of clients and then they are unable to maintain.  They make a lot of promises and then are not able to maintain due to too much work.  They were good for snow removal.  We will use them again this winter for snow removal, but not for landscaping.  I would rate them a A for snow removal and C for landscaping.  They are very expensive.  They promised to change a tree and when I brought it up to them they did not do it.  I had to do that job myself.

The finished product was top-notch. Tom had to work around 3 columns supporting an overhead deck and the quality of his work is excellent. His attention to detail is extraordinary. He has an easyhgoing manner and aims to please. When I told him that a single stone appeared to be from a different batch (the color was slightly off) he came the next day and replaced the stone with the proper one, and the result is perfect. He had good suggestions for additional plantings to augment the patio. I was very concerned that the portionof the patio that was placed directly on the existing slab would not be evenn with the extended section installed on stone and sand, but the result was fine. His crew cleaned up very well. The only complaint I would have is that he appears to be so busy that we had to wait almost two months to start the job after signing the contract

Outdoor Designs did a fantastic job on the project. The workers were very fast, made good designs, and the service was affordable. I now have the yard I have always wanted.
