Very smoothly.  Due to a general lack of time, I had a number of different projects that were living in the study.  In addition, my filing system consisted of putting incoming documents and papers into an inbin for eventual sorting and treatment.
After discussing the situation, Sarah from Organized Efficiency first separated the different projects, then asked me to choose among the alternatives for implementing them.
She also developed an efficient and effective system for categorizing and addressing the different types of filing; at the same time as she did that, she also asked me to identify retention times for different paper.  As a result, I not only have an effective filing system, I was also able to eliminate a significant amount of accumulated papers.
Because of her efforts, I now have a very functional and organized home office.
