Working with Let's Face It (LFI) was a pleasure. Without high pressure sales, they were sensitive to our needs and responded to our requests promptly. Vince, the designer, took his time assessing our kitchen, listening to our ideas, and making helpful suggestions. He was open and communicative, and followed-up on additional questions that we posed after we first met with him. After signing the contract, we found that he remained available to answer any questions and offer advice as we began to purchase new appliances, hardware, and faucet fixtures. Once the work began, LFI continued to be easy to work with. Ken, the project manages, Curt, the technician, and Barb in the office were all professional and very responsive. While the project took a bit longer than originally projected, we were never without a usable kitchen; unexpected complications were handled in a timely fashion; and both Curt and Ken made sure that all work done by the subcontractors and themselves met or exceeded our expectations. The new doors and drawers matched perfectly; the stone work, back splash, lighting, and molding coordinated exactly as promised. We ended up with exactly the look and improved function that we wanted.

Let's Face It made this experience painless. I started the process with Vince the Designer. He provided great insight and suggestions and did not pressure me to make a decision. Curt was the Installer and was great, he does really great work. He showed up when he said he would and cleaned up each day. Ken did the tile back splash and did a great job. Barb in the office scheduled everything and kept in contact with me about the dates. Once everything was done there were a few little things that needed to be done and they came back out and ensured everything was fixed to my satisfaction. The huge plus about this company is that they schedule everything, I didn't have to hire any outside Contractors. I would highly recommend Let's Face It!!!

They did a wonderful job, my kitchen looks beautiful. Vince came out and gave me some good designer tips that other companies never offered. That sealed the deal for me as I had two other companies come out who just wanted the work without adding any new ideas to a dated kitchen.
The carpenter was very talented in his work, and kept the area clean when he left for the day. I was able to cook and wash dishes the entire week after he left .
I would definitely recommend them.

Vincent came out and offered good insight into what should be done for a truly professional outcome. He suggested I get rid of the drop down part of the countertop which was set up to seat small children. All his ideas made the difference. I had two other cabinet refacing companies out and they had no design ideas - they just wanted to sell the job. I am very pleased with the outcome - it is just beautiful! Curt, the installer, is talented with woodworking and worked hard every day until completion.
The cabinets installed were a lovely maple which adds light to the room with a dark granite top for contrast.
Thank you 'Let's Face It' for doing such a great job!
