+ -1 moreJerome Scarpello explained all my options clearly and in layman's terms. He answered every question honestly (I would check his answers without him knowing). He was not in a rush to cash my check in fact, he asked if I was satisfied with the home inspection etc. before he submitted the check. His assistant Chris is very personable and knowledgeable. GREAT COMPANY FOR WORKING CLASS PEOPLE.
Description of Work: Looking for a mortgage in a particular program and spoke with six different companies listed on the PHFA website. None of them were familiar. Attended a seminar and Leo Mortgage was an exhibitor with all the information and pamphlets.
