I contacted Kevin after seeing his sign on another property.  He returned my call within an hour of contacting him.  He told me his process over the phone and asked multiple questions about my expectations and previous experience with providers.  He asked when we wanted the pool opened and was able to accomodate our request.  He arrived in a vehicle clearly marked with his company name (which I appreciate) and  was wearing a shirt with his company logo.  He was a few minutes early.  He came to the door and told us how long it would take and that we did not need to stay home while he opened the pool.  He told us he would leave a bill in the mailbox and that if we had any concerns we should call him.  The pool was clean and the cover folded nicely and placed where we requested.  He even called the next day to see if we were satisfied.  I highly recommend this service and Kevin.
