Jayne, was wonderful, flexible, kind and caring. This was very important for us as we bought our first home! I would highly recommend her and most definitely use her.

Jayne was absolutely fantastic! When my wife and I first got the idea we may want to move, we spent a Sunday visiting 7 or 8 different open houses. We had both bought and sold houses in the past, but neither of us were overly thrilled with our past realtors so we decided to interview the top 4 realtors from the open houses we visited. We figured meeting them as a potential buyer would give us a great idea of how the realtor would present our home that we had to sell. That being said, Jayne was one of our favorites. She was our last stop of the day and we arrived at the open house just as she was locking up. Not only did she open the entire house back up for us and give a thorough tour, she spent an extra 30 minutes answering our many questions (considering this was our first day looking at houses and hadn't even listed our own house yet). She knew that the house we were looking at was outside of our price range, but still treated us in way that made us feel important and that we weren't wasting her time. We called her and three of the other realtors the next week for interviews and she was extremely professional and gave alot of good input on the house we were looking to sell. Needless to say, we hired Jayne and we were very pleased. She made it blatantly clear that she was always looking out for our best interest (not just trying to get a deal done to collect a commission). She was willing and enthusiastic about doing open houses whenever we wanted her to. One thing that we really appreciated with Jayne was her honesty. She did not tell us what we wanted to hear with regards to the market for our home... she told us what we needed to hear. Selling a home in 2011 was a reality check as far as how low the home market had gone and she convinced us to price the house where it needed to be to sell. Considering we had a 6 month old child, we did not want our house on the market for a long time. Our home sold in less than two months. Looking at what houses have sold for since our house sold, Jayne was right on the money with her assessment. When putting offers in on our new home, Jayne literally saved me $10k. After offering $25k less than asking, the seller countered with $12k less than asking. My wife and I thought this seemed reasonable and were going to accept, but Jayne did her homework with comps and knew based on the selling realtor's tone that they would accept our original offer if we held our ground. We put our faith in Jayne's assessment and the seller came down to our price. The extra money she saved us more than paid for any commissions we paid for selling our home! We could not have been more pleased with Jayne's attention to detail and level of experience. She also has a tremendous eye for interior design and gave us alot of good ideas and visions for the homes were looking to potentially buy. I would recommend this realtor to anyone looking.
