He left me with nothing on my counters for 2 months while I tried in vain to get him to admit his mistake and pay for the new countertops on order. After no cooperation from Mr. Campbell in paying for the new countertops on order, I contacted the Channel 10 Consumer department. Through many phone calls they were able to convince Mr. Campbell that he was liable for paying for my countertops. While Mr. Campbell paid Home Depot for the second set of countertops, he never admitted his mistakes with using my husband's measurements and leaving me in the cold with no countertops in place for 2 months while I was disputing his error. I terminated my contract with him and have hired other contractors to complete the countertop installation and backsplash. I'd like to warn other consumers to beware of contractors who represent one company, Lowes, then tell you they can do the work on the side. That was one of many red flags I discovered by working with Mr. Robert Campbell of House Proz.

Because of Mr. Campbell's faulty workmanship in this situation and on our countertops, we did not trust that he could perform quality work and correct this problem. My husband was unable to make the repair himself, as Mr. Campbell did not cut the surrounding tile properly in order to insert a spacer. We had to hire a contractor to cut away excess tile so that a spacer could be inserted.
