Helzner Piano Service has been providing reliable and quality piano service to the Delaware Valley and South Jersey region for more than 35 years. Owner David Helzner is a second generation piano technician with expertise in all aspects of piano tuning, repair and restoration. Clients include residents, music schools, churches, synagogues, K-12 schools, jazz clubs, colleges and universities, as well as, some of Philadelphia’s finest concert halls and venues. David’s clients also include some of the most renowned Philadelphia-area musicians, opera singers, bands and composers.

David contacted me promptly the next day and we setup a appointment for him to stop by. He arrived right on time and was very friendly and easy going. The tuning/cleaning took almost 3 hours since the piano was so dreadfully out of tune. He vacuumed out any dust, lubricated the piano strings, tightened some parts inside and tuned every note precisely.
The price was great and the punctuality and friendly approach was also a definite plus. It's obvious that David is a piano expert and he really did a heck of a job. We've had our piano in the family since the 60's and after not being tuned for over twenty years it sounds amazing! It's much more enjoyable playing when every note is perfectly in tune. David did an excellent job and I will be calling him again in the future to keep our piano in tune. I highly recommend his services.
