Gotcha Covered Window Fashions

Excellent service! We couldn't be more impressed with them, with special mention for the service man, Jim. As a result of getting several new windows, we decided to purchase new shades on 3 on the new windows, but also needed some of the old window shades remounted, once the windows were installed. Jim returned on a special trip to do the re-installation for us, as well as transfer 2 of the old shades to other windows in the house. When he returned to install the new window shades, he also re-installed the valences over the new windows as well! We have used this company in the past, and obviously, we will continue to use them in the future.

I called Gotcha Covered after seeing their flyer in a magazine. I was called back by Arthur within the hour. From there, we scheduled a time for him to come out to our home. He brought plenty of samples and spent alot of time with me selecting the perfect window treatments for my bedroom and kitchen. He measured each window and gave me pricing right on the spot. I was so happy with his attentiveness and service that I ordered everything right then and there. I will definitely be calling Arthur again when it's time to move onto the next room.

ARTHUR CAME TO MY HOUSE WITH MANY SAMPLES. HE HELPED ME PICK OUT BLINDS THAT WERE WITHIN MY PRICE RANGE. HE ORDERED THE BLINDS AND INSTALLED THEM ABOUT TWO WEEKS LATER. WOULD DEAL WITH HIM AGAIN.
