My husband is very particular about lawn care, but Frank does exactly what he wants him to do. He also does my mother?s house and we don?t have complaints. Unfortunately, his voicemail inbox is almost always full so it can be hard to get hold of him.

I called them to inquire about snow removal. I left a message on the answering machine. They never called me back to let me know whether or not they?d be able to do that service for me. I think that's very unprofessional.

He came around and we talked. His price was more than the landscaper that we are using so we chose not to use him. I think he quoted $65.00. The problem was that we had the backyard fenced in and he did not have a mower that could come through our gate so he was going to have to charge a higher amount to either borrow or rent a mower. That was the difficulty and the landscaper that we currently use had the mower that went through there. The fact that he returned my call, showed up, looked the property over and had a conversation with me was itself positive because a lot of people don't even return a call. I would have used him if he had a mower to come through our gate. If I had a situation that would fit the work he does and if we moved, I would consider using him in the future.

He did a great job.

I engaged them half-way through the season and cut my lawn every Wednesday. They had the mower at an ideal height. All the trimming was done on the sidewalks, driveway and gardens. Then they blow away all debris off the sidewalks and driveway. I liked the fact that I could always depend on him cutting the lawn the same day every week. When we had a drought he refrained from cutting it needlessly. This was greatly appreciated. As soon as we got rain, he resumed where they left off. He also does snow removal.
